In this 45 minute workout session, Coach Dwayne Allen will lead the charge in this work-out that will incorporate the number 22 in every physical activity we do.
Many people still do not know that per day approximately 22 U.S. military membersactive and reserve take their own life.

Move 22 is sponsored by Rags of Honor 1, 501(c)(3), and was created to help raise awareness about this public concern crisis, and is a way to keep those who are struggling in our hearts, minds, and breath every day.
We will incorporate the number 22 into our workouts, for example 22 jumping jacks, leg lifts, running, cycling, stretching—you name it—for 22 minutes or 22 reps). By sharing this within our communities we are keeping this issue front and center in our everyday lives, and the conversation for solutions at the forefront.
