• August 8th 2026 Meeting Highlights: Jessica Waszak, Curator, First Division Museum at Cantigny, addressed an audience of VU members and women who were in the military and also members of the DAV: she told the story of the 11,000 women including nurses who served in Vietnam-women who share an important role in US history.

• Featured Presentation: Mr. Roberts will present “Medal of Honor Recipients: Eight Extraordinary Soldiers of the 1st Infantry Division,” exploring the incredible stories of courage, sacrifice, and valor demonstrated by these exceptional individuals.
