In 2019, the Office of the City Clerk has expanded the terms of the No Fee City Sticker Pilot Program for many of our City's Veterans. Residents who have an unexpired Illinois Driver's License or State ID with a VETERAN designation will be eligible to receive one City Sticker for a passenger (P), large passenger (LP) or motorbike (MB) at no fee.
